A Workshop to Nourish the Voice as a Doorway to feeling Free – With Iris Mickey and Lia Falls
Meet the Mystery with Curiosity: Where does the voice come from?
Drawing from Lia’s experience with the voice and Iris’s experience with sound healing, yoga, and chanting, we will have a 3 ½ hour immersion into singing, sounding and moving. This is for singers and non-singers alike; no experience necessary!
We will:
- Introduce Full Voice and the 5 Elements Framework™
- Learn sound and movement practices
- Play vocal games
- Enjoy singing and moving together
- Find a new sense of freedom and acceptance

Lia Falls is a singer/songwriter and therapeutic harpist. She is a licensed Full Voice™ Coach, a certified Yoga of the Voice instructor, and has many years of experience leading community singing. She celebrates playfulness and dwelling in the Mystery of the voice.
Iris Mickey is a long time local yoga teacher, teaching the deeper understanding of yoga philosophy in relation to Sound and the Voice. She is a Certified Yoga therapist using Sound and Voice as Healing Modalities. Iris has studied voice with Barbara McAfee, and Yoga of the Voice with Silvia Nakkach. Together Lia and Iris bring the intention of creating the opportunity for everyone to express joyfully and to sing freely!
