Clawhammer Banjo w/ Davey Harrison
Clawhammer Banjo – During this 6 week course join roots musician Davey Harrison as we learn important fundamentals of Old Time clawhammer banjo. The class curriculum will address the basics of clawhammer technique. We’ll also expand our focus to include “drop thumbing” patterns, the rhythmic function of the banjo in Old Time music, and learn some tunes. Students of all experience levels welcome!
