An evening of classic pop and rock songs, with lyrics rewritten to reflect the humor of Healthcare – both working in it and trying to get it. For example, instead of Paul Simon’s “50 Ways to Leave Your Lover,” you’ll hear, “50 Ways to Love Your Liver.” Instead of John Lennon’s “Imagine” you’ll hear about x-rays and MRI’s in a song called “Imaging.”
For thirty years, H.R. Britton has been an actor, musician, storyteller, and host of variety shows. With a day job in Healthcare, he’s taken inspiration from Alan Sherman and Weird Al Yankovic to create a show that’ll help mend your funny bone. “Healthcare-land is no walk in the park. Every laugh helps.”
