EVERY FIRST AND THIRD MONDAY from 5:45 PM to 7:00 PM Led by Addi Faerber, the Madison Handpan Meetup Group gathers at Muso to share in the joy of this beautiful percussion instrument. Open to very beginners to experienced players, everyone is welcome to come and listen, too. Know that if you do come just to listen in, you will likely get invited to give a handpan a try, as member Addi Faerber brings along more than one handpan and likes to get everyone present at least a little involved.
This group is for handpan owners, wanabees, and everyone who loves the sound of a handpan. We will help each other refine our playing techniques. We will create wonderful sound together. We will become exposed to others’ handpans that were built for different sound than the one(s) we play.
